Job Summary

Storm Valor is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive who can build strong customer relationships, generate sales, and contribute to the growth of our premium fashion brand. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through Phone, WhatsApp, and Email.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Generate new sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers to increase conversions.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with customers and wholesale partners.
  • Process customer orders and coordinate with the operations team.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Update customer records and sales reports in the CRM/Excel.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.

  • Excellent Hindi communication skills (Basic English is a plus)

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, operational expertise, and the ability to drive sales growth while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings, pricing, descriptions, and catalog updates.
  • Oversee inventory management and stock availability across all sales channels.
  • Monitor daily order processing, shipping, and fulfillment operations.
  • Optimize marketplace performance on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other online channels.
  • Analyze sales reports, customer behavior, and performance metrics.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
  • Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, and customer support teams.
  • Improve product visibility and conversion rates through optimization strategies.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and marketplace escalations.
  • Maintain pricing consistency and monitor competitor activities.
  • Generate weekly and monthly business performance reports.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase online revenue.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining brand standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
