Timeframe: Initiation must occur within 7 days of successful delivery.

Item State: Products must be in pristine, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all original brand tags and original packaging intact to maintain fabric integrity.

The Process: Log into your user dashboard, access "Order History", and hit the return trigger.

Once the returned asset safely lands back at our manufacturing warehouse and clears our manual quality inspection for fabric stress, a financial reversal will be executed.
